About Us
Forest Park is located at Bankers Village Caloocan City. Designed to be a fitting memorial of love for your departed ones. It is committed to the concept of a park, an enclosed piece of land preserved in its pastoral beauty where you can spend peaceful hours away from the noise of the city and nearer to nature. To this end it is being developed principally as a lawn-type memorial where only flat stone slabs on a level with the ground mark the burial plots.
Memorial Park
Forest Park is a 22 hectare land of green, rolling hills abounding in trees and shrubbery, with a lively stream winding across the park, like a symbol of life itself. Natural beauty and human creativity combine to produce its elegant simplicity becoming its noble purpose.
Perpetual Care
Forest Park is well maintained to ensure that the park remains the oasis of beauty, serenity and tranquility throughout the years. Forest Park Perpetual Care Fund is essentially a trust fund designed specifically to answer the lifetime maintenance of and upkeep needs of the park.
Memorial Lots
Forest Park have a variety of memorial lots. A Lawn lot that can accomodate 2 full bodies, a Family Garden lot that is a combination of 2 or 4 adjacent lots and a Private Estate lot where family can built their own mausoleum.
Pre-Need (Future use/investment)
Benefits of Pre-Need Memorial Lot Purchases. That way, your loved ones won't have to make difficult decisions during a time of grief. Pre-need purchases may also allow you to lock in lower prices for your memorial lot. You can avoid potential price increases in the future.
At-Need (May patay na)
Memorial lots are costly when you buy them immediately when you need them. Apart from that, lots require full payment 4 days before interment. You also need to pay the interment fee.
Interment (Pagpapalibing)
Interment is a service in digging a lot. It is usually packaged with vault, tent, chairs and marker. Scheduling must be 4 days before interment schedule to give way in preparation of lot. If you do not have a lot, you must purchase first and pay in full cash before paying for the interment service.
How To Purchase a Memorial Lot?
Set an appointment
Please set an appointment for tripping so we can assign a staff that will assist you on the site. Our staff will show you the locations of available lots based on your need.
Fill-out a form
After choosing the lot, you have to fill-out the application form. Bring a copy of valid id. For at-need cases, please bring a copy of death certificate and id of deceased.
Choose a location
Price of lot may vary depending on type of lot and it's location. For now, we only have few lots available. Decide and choose the location of your desired lot before payment.
Payment
For preneed, you can pay in cash or check. If installment, you need to issue a post dated checks for the amortization. For at-need cases, you have to pay in full cash only, 4 days before interment schedule.
